Shipping & Delivery

WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES?
For most pre-orders, items are purchased and will be shipped directly from Japan as we have buyers stationed in japan through out the year. And for on hand items, they will be shipped from Hong Kong.
For Hong Kong & Macau orders:
We use SF-Express for these locations.
For orders that are from countries outside Hong Kong and Japan:
We use Speedpost EMS for these locations.
For Italy orders:
from our past experiences, there have always been big problems with the Italian custom, and for most of my Italian buyers, i strongly recommend to use fedex instead of the ems (which is what you normally would have been charged for). Fedex is faster and much safer to ship to Italy. So if you wish to use Fedex instead of EMS, please email us at sample@samplekickz.com and we will send you invoice for the extra amount for the fedex shipment.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

EMS (directly from Japan to your destination)
small accessories, tees, - $200hkd
shirts, caps, wallets - $250hkd
pants, jeans, small bags - $300hkd
normal size jackets, knitwears, glass wears or glass items, any fragile items (which are easy to break or be damaged) - $400hkd
shoes & boots, large bags, large jackets or coats - $480hkd
*PLEASE NOTE, combine shipment can be provided for multiple orders, please let us know before shipment*
FEDEX (ITALIAN BUYERS)
$800hkd will be added on top of check out total per item.
ADD DOUBLE BOX
All items are to be shipped with normal postal packing plastic bag or normal shopping bag, this is why we are charging a lower shipping fees as its lighter in weight. If you wish to have your item shipped by double box, then there will be an extra $120hkd to be charged for that box and service, please email us at sample@samplekickz.com when you wish to do so.

WHEN WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED?
(Shipment time frame for pre-order items in Japan)
Normally after we receive your payment, your pre-order will be confirmed via email within 48hrs, and normally we will ship out from japan within 48hrs upon our order confirmation (unless it’s public holiday in Japan), and we will email you the tracking number to your paypal registered email the night it’s shipped.
(Shipment time frame for in store items in Hong Kong)
If the item(s) is in store or is purchased from HK, then it can be shipped from Hong Kong via EMS within 48hrs upon receiving your payment, we will send you email confirmation upon receiving your payment.
If the item(s) is pre order item(s), please see listing for estimate time of arrival (eta).

HOW CAN I TRACK THE PACKAGE?
For SPEEDPOST EMS, it normally takes approximately 3 to 5 working days to reach your destination depending on your location. Speedpost EMS includes insurance already. Tracking number will be given on the night the item is shipped, and it can be tracked on these sites:
from Hong Kong - Hong Kong Post.
from Japan - Japan Post
As soon as you receive the tracking# from us, it's extemely important that you track the package with your local post office, because if the package failed to be delivered and is shipped back to us, YOU will be charged for another return shipping fee, please note!
