ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC AND LEGIT?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and legit or your money back. Hence, we don't sell any fakes, A grades, bootlegs or variants. Unless stated otherwise on site, all products are 100% new with full set.

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?
We offer our customers the chance to purchase certain limited styles prior to release. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed and guarantees the goods will be shipped immediately once the product arrives into stock.
Due to the nature of some of these releases we cannot always confirm when the goods will arrive into stock, however, we will endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of your order.

WHAT IS A JAPAN PROXY SERVICE?
Not everything listed on site are in store, we can provide japan proxy service to buy these items from japan as we have sellers stationed in japan.

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS? HOW DO I ORDER?
1. Once we received your payment or enquiry, we will place your pre-order in with our japan seller immediately.
2. We will get our japan seller's confirmation within 48hrs upon receiving your payment.
3. Item will be shipped within 48hrs after your order is confirmed, will have tr# for you the night the item is shipped. Normally the package should reach us within 5 to10 working days.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
Once payment has been received, we do not offer any EXCHANGE or RETURN, so, please ensure that your are sure about your order before you send payment.
But once payment has been received, if our japan seller fails to get your requested item or if item has been sold out, then a full refund will be issued back to you witihn a week upon receiving your payment.
